Etymologically, the world heritage refers to the things we inherit from our parents and, in a more extended and figurative sense, from our ancestors. The inheritance of our parents and our parents´parents, heritage evokes a time when the existence of individuals was inmersed in that of families, and the existence of families in that of peoples. From this perspective, the idea of the heritage also corresponds, fundamentally, to the notion of collectivity.
